Financial Restructuring Advisory Services

Pursuant to the Provisional Article 32 of the Banking Law No. 5411, it is the restructring of the loan debts of the borrowers in debt relations with banks, financial leasing, factoring and financing companies in Turkey within the scope of the framework agreements and contracts. The purpose of the Financial Restructring is to enable commercial loan debtors who have problems in debt repayment to banks and financial instutions and who are likely to have problems to fulfill their repayment obligations with the measures to be taken and the continue to contribute to employment. The scope of the Financial Restructuring;

• Extension of exisiting loan maturities,
• Granting additional new loans,
• Offer significiant tax benefits to the borrower,
• Reduction or waiver of principal, interest, default interest, dividends and any other receivables, arising from the loan relationship,
